Job summary

Insomniacookies is hiring for a NEW SanFrancisco store role in the Cookie Crew. You will be the front-of-store point person, greet guests, take orders, and bake our cookies. You’ll deliver a warm, personal experience and assist with in-store and take-out orders.

The position is part-time with flexible hours. You will join a fun, energetic team and have opportunities for growth, mentorship, and employee perks such as discounts and free cookies.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role.
• Must be personable, genuine, and outgoing.
• Strong communication, organizational and math skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders according to procedure.
• Explain menu items and clarify orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream.
• Package warm, correct delivery orders promptly.
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortage or overage.
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and sanitation.
