Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and serve ice cream (if applicable)
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, maintaining no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery area
