Job summary

Insomnia Cookies - Toledo store is seeking friendly team members to greet guests, take orders, bake cookies, and assist with ice cream service. You will provide a warm customer experience, help customers understand the menu, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining a clean bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream.
• Package and send out fast, warm delivery orders with accuracy.
• Handle cash and payments with accuracy and no shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Toledo store located at 1440 Secor Road, Suite E, Toledo, OH 43607, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers and also bake all of our warm and delicious cookies.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, with no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery
