Insomnia Cookies in Downtown Cincinnati is hiring for a Cookie Crew member at 1126 Main St Cincinnati OH 45202. You’ll greet guests, take orders, bake cookies, and help ensure warm, accurate deliveries while delivering a friendly, high-energy service.

This part-time role offers flexible schedules, growth opportunities, paid vacation and sick time, daily pay options, and team-based, fun environment with employee discounts and free cookies.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role, preferred.
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Customer service focused with willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Great communication, organizational and math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages; cleaning and sanitizing the bakery.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Downtown Cincy store located at 1126 Main St Cincinnati OH 45202, you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our awesome Warm and Delicious cookies as well!
