Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew member for our San Marcos store. You will greet guests, take orders, bake cookies, scoop ice cream, and ensure orders are delivered warm and correct.

The role emphasizes friendly in-person and phone interactions, cashier duties, and maintaining a clean bakery. Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong communication skills, reliability, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders following store procedures.

• Package and dispatch fast, warm, correct delivery orders.
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery area.

Cookie Crew Position - San Marcos

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our San Marcos store located at 111 East Hopkins Street San Marcos, TX 78666, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You’ll be the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers and bake all of our warm, delicious cookies.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take orders following procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake delicious cookies and dispense ice cream scoops
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery
