Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking part-time Cookie Crew team members for our 16th St store at 108 South 16th Street, Philadelphia. You’ll greet customers, take orders, bake cookies, and ensure orders are delivered warm and correct. No experience? Training provided; a fun team environment awaits you.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 40 lb. Nights, weekends, and holidays required. Apply today!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correctly packaged delivery orders.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our 16th St. store located at 108 South 16th Street Philadelphia, PA 19102, you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our awesome Warm and Delicious cookies as well!
