Join our Cookie Crew at the New Orleans, LA bakery located at 2801 Magazine St., Suite 6, New Orleans, LA! As a Cookie Crew member, you are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, and you also bake all of our warm and delicious cookies.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection, and serve a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately; no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role – preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused with a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational, and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
