Job summary

Insomniacookies in Little Rock, AR is hiring for a part-time Cookie Crew member. You will greet guests, take orders, explain menu items, and ensure friendly, accurate service both in store and over the phone.

You’ll bake cookies, assist with ice cream orders, and help with packaging and delivery accuracy. The role requires 18+ and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our New Little Rock, AR located at 417 President Clinton Ave, Suite B, Little Rock, AR 72201, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers and bake all of our warm and delicious cookies.
