Insomnia Cookies is seeking a member for their Cookie Crew at the new bakery in Tulsa, OK. As part of the team, you will greet customers, bake delicious cookies, and maintain an inviting environment.

Cookie Crew at our brand new Tulsa bakery located at 505 E 2nd St, Space 8, Tulsa, OK 74120. As a member of the team you will greet customers, prepare delicious cookies, and ensure the bakery runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and maintain no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑service‑focused role (preferred)
