Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest-growing late-night sweet indulgence companies in the country. We are opening our newest store in Johnson City later this month! We are currently hiring Cookie Crew members for our ETSU store located at 1735 W State of Franklin Rd..

As a Cookie Crew member, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You will be the point of contact at the front of the store, interacting with customers, and baking our delicious cookies!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take orders promptly
• Assist customers with menu questions and repeat orders for accuracy
• Create a warm customer experience with a smile
• Bake cookies and scoop ice cream
• Package and send out delivery orders quickly and correctly
• Handle cash accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
