Job summary

A growing bakery and delivery service in Jacksonville is seeking a Cookie Crew Member. In this role, you will greet and serve customers, bake delicious cookies, and ensure a warm and welcoming experience. Ideal candidates have a customer-service background, excellent communication skills, and can lift up to 40 lbs. Flexibility is key as you'll work nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone.
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and offer a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately, preventing shortages or overages.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall bakery upkeep.

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-service focused role (preferred).
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor.
• Customer-service focused and willing to exceed guest expectations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and math skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lb boxes of product.
