Base pay range

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Cincinnati store located at 216 Calhoun St Cincinnati, OH 45219, you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our delicious cookies!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
• Assist customers with menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
• Ensure timely and correct packaging and delivery of orders
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer-focused with a desire to exceed guest expectations
• Strong communication, organizational, and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
