Schedule: Full-Time/Part-Time; weekends required. More information provided during the interview.

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervise food-service associates, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Train employees, plan, assign, and direct work, evaluate performance, and handle disciplinary actions.
2. Advise management on purchasing needs, focusing on minimizing waste and shortages.
3. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper serving temperatures.
4. Operate and clean equipment per procedures.
5. Store, label, and date food items, maintaining proper rotations to reduce spoilage.
6. Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality.
7. Operate food-service equipment safely and according to policies.
8. Help serve meals and gather customer feedback during meal times.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
