Bon Appetit at St. Mary’s College in Maryland is hiring a full-time Cook Supervisor to lead food-service staff, ensure quality, safety, and smooth meal service.

The schedule runs Sunday 12:30 PM–8:30 PM and Monday–Thursday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. The role requires prior cooking and food-service experience, with a pay rate of $18 per hour and benefits including uniforms, shift meals, and a shoe allowance. HACCP compliance and clean food handling are key.

• Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy; maintains established food rotations in storage in order to minimize spoilage and waste.

• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.

• Operates food-service equipment in a safe manner and according to established policies and procedures.

• Helps serves meals; remains present during scheduled meal periods to receive customer comments and feedback.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
