Job summary

Acquire4Hire LLC is seeking a friendly cook to prepare breakfast, lunch and snacks for students and staff in a childcare setting in Duluth, GA. You will ensure meals meet health and nutrition guidelines, manage kitchen inventory, and keep the space clean and organized.

You will also provide occasional classroom support as needed, adhere to local regulations, and contribute to a positive, safe learning environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking for multiple people, preferably in childcare.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Understanding of applicable health and safety regulations.

About This Role

We are looking for a friendly face to cook and feed our students, breakfast, lunch and snack. Our cook is responsible for overall food preparation, food inventory, cleaning, sanitizing and additional center support when needed. Must be willing to abide by all health and safety guidelines mandated by the State of Georgia.

What You'll Do

• Prepare meals/snacks for children and staff while abiding by health and nutrition guidelines.
• Maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
• Follow the provided menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Classroom Assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Work experience in cooking and/or food preparation for multiple individuals, preferably in a childcare setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• An understanding of all current and local regulations.
• Satisfactory Background Check
• Must be at least 18 years of age
