Claiborne Senior Living, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Cook (CKO) to join our healthcare team in Gulfport, Mississippi. The Cook will be responsible for preparing delicious, nutritious and attractive meals for our senior residents in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, hourly healthcare job and the successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the health and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and residents' preferences
- Ensure high quality and appropriate portion sizes for all meals
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and cooking equipment
- Monitor and record food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
- Follow all food safety regulations and maintain proper food temperature
- Collaborate with dietary team to plan menus and special events
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
