Responsibilities

1. Create and maintain a fun-filled, entertaining environment with flawless service delivery.
2. Prepare food according to recipes and standards under the guidance of the Chef or Sous Chef.
3. Perform duties at any assigned station or outlet as needed.
4. Be proficient in braising, sautéing, grilling, steaming, broiling, roasting, and plate presentation.
5. Meet or exceed industry standards for food preparation, serving, and storage.
6. Keep the work area clean and sanitary, complying with health codes.
7. Must be able to lift 35 pounds without difficulty.
8. Obtain and maintain a license from the Maryland State Lottery Agency as required for all Gaming Establishment employees.
