Responsibilities include:

• Preparing fresh food daily and accurately
• Setting up and stocking stations
• Knowledge of menu and products
• Managing orders efficiently
• Preparing catering orders
• Proper food handling and storage
• Maintaining hygiene, uniform, and appearance standards
• Ensuring health department standards
• Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen areas
• Opening and closing duties
• Completing training certifications

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• Experience preferred but not required
• Proper knife skills
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional requirements:

• Understand and abide by company policies
• Obtain a Food Handler’s card shortly after starting

Work hours and conditions:

• Morning shift: 8am - 4pm
• Evening shift: 4pm - 10pm
• Weekends and holidays as applicable (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas)
• Physical requirements include prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 30 pounds
