Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepares food for service, sets up the cooking line and prepares food in designated stations to fill customer orders.
• Follows written and established recipes and prepares food according to established standards.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas, and cleans food prep areas after the meal period.
• Works across multiple stations in a kitchen environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Promotes superior guest service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two years of Food & Beverage experience in a high-volume hospitality food and beverage operation.
• Basic knowledge of the safe and efficient operation of kitchen equipment.
• Effective communication with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work various shifts and flexible hours.
