Job summary

Saint Elizabeth Community is seeking a part-time Cook for Retirement Living. The position is 32 hours per week with daytime shifts from 11:00 to 19:30, and no late nights.

The role oversees dietary and food service within the skilled nursing department, including recipe preparation, quality control, and training of new staff. We offer competitive pay at $22/hour, shift and weekend differentials, and a range of benefits.

The Cook - Retirement Living will manage the preparation of dietary and food services within our skilled nursing department. As a leader of the department, you will be responsible for the oversight of recipe preparation, product and quality control, as well as training of new staff, and management of paperwork.

Qualifications for a Cook - Retirement Living:

• High School Diploma
• 1 or more years of food service experience
• ServSafe Certification required
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
