Position Details

This food service position offers a competitive wage of $22.13 and a $250 sign-on bonus (half paid on the second paycheck; half after 3 months). We provide dental and vision benefits for all part-time employees. If you're interested in this human services role, apply today!

Schedule

This is a Relief Position, 16 hours per week, with variable hours as needed:

• Saturday and Sunday
• 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Job Summary

Responsible for meal preparation, managing food inventory, maintaining equipment, and assisting with inspections.

Essential Duties

• Prepare meals according to approved menus and regulations.
• Manage food inventory and ordering.
• Maintain sanitary and safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of food service operations.
• Follow all procedures and policies related to food service.

Qualifications

• At least two years of paid food service experience, including administrative duties.
• Ability to read, interpret, and write reports.
• Mathematical skills for calculations.
• Ability to apply common sense and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: CPR, First Aid, Defensive Driving, Food Handler's Card, and Physical Exam.
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and office equipment.
• Ability to pass background checks and travel as needed.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks. Work may involve exposure to humid conditions, mechanical parts, fumes, and noise. Accommodations available for disabilities.
