Job summary

Marcus Theatres in Oak Creek, Wisconsin is hiring a Cook for our Culinary Team. You will join a family you can connect with, grow with, and have fun with while delivering high-quality food and guest service in a fast-paced cinema kitchen.

You’ll set up equipment, read tickets, prep and cook to recipe, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, and work under the guidance of a professional leadership team. Training is fully paid and benefits extend to full-time crew.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food items.
• Set-up of kitchen equipment.
• Station setup, breakdown, and advance prep.
• Read tickets to produce orders.
• Prep and cook of food to recipe.
• Maintain high quality level of food production and presentation.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Keep line and prep area organized, stocked and clean.
• Follow direction of management and leadership.
• Assist in control of food waste.
