Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our culinary team and help redefine food at the movies. You will be part of a supportive family where you can connect, grow, and have fun while delivering guest-focused service.

As a cook, you will manage kitchen equipment, set up stations, read tickets, prep and cook to recipe, maintain high quality and sanitation, keep areas organized, and follow directions from management and food & beverage leadership.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food items.
• Set-up of kitchen equipment.
• Station set-up, breakdown, and all necessary advance prep.
• Read tickets to produce orders.
• Prep and cooking of food to recipe.
• Maintain high quality level of food production and presentation.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Ability to keep the line and prep area organized, stocked and clean.
• Follow direction of the management team and food & beverage leadership.
• Assist in control of food waste.
