Job summary

Marcus Theatres is hiring a cook to join the Culinary Team in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will prep and cook meals to recipes, read tickets, and maintain quality and sanitation to ensure great guest experiences.

As part of a dynamic team, you will work with professional equipment, handle shift setups, and contribute to an enjoyable, movie-loving environment with potential full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food items.
• Set-up of kitchen equipment.
• Station set-up, breakdown, and all necessary advance prep.
• Read tickets to produce orders.
• Prep and cooking of food to recipe.
• Maintain high quality level of food production and presentation.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Ability to keep the line and prep area organized, stocked and clean.
• Follow direction of the management team and food & beverage leadership.
• Assist in control of food waste.
