East Coast Golf Management, Inc. is hiring for Part-time Cook positions at our International Golf Club in Murrells Inlet, SC.

The Cook will prepare foods in line with health and safety standards and our policies while delivering quality service to guests. This role requires at least one year of cooking experience in a full-service restaurant, a high school diploma or GED preferred, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year cooking experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items following recipes and standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety guidelines in the kitchen.
• Organize and rotate stock; manage equipment and small wares.
• Open/close kitchen procedures and shift-start tasks.
• Communicate orders clearly to servers and staff.
