Piedmont Newton Hospital is seeking a PRN Cook to support weekend and weekday meal preparation for cafeteria, patient, and catering services. The role focuses on interpreting recipes, cooking large volumes, and assembling meals as needed within a hospital kitchen.

Preferred candidates have at least a GED/high school diploma or culinary school background, with prior cooking experience and an interest in culinary education. SAFE Serve preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Preferred
• Graduate of an accredited Culinary School Preferred

Work Experience

• 1 year experience as a cook . May substitute for years of experience if graduated or currently enrolled in an accredited Culinary School Required or
• May substitute for years of experience if graduated or currently enrolled in an accredited Culinary School Required
