Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Practices Serve Safe sanitation according to guidelines.
• Prepares catering functions and ensures timely delivery to customers.
• Prepares patient meals according to specific diets and ensures readiness for tray line.
• Maintains proper food temperatures per state and federal guidelines.
• Prepares cafeteria meals according to the menu.
