Job summary

Starboard Marinas seeks a diligent Cook for Portside Pizza, a seasonal summer position in Branson, Missouri. The role involves cooking to standard recipes, portioning accurately, and ensuring quick, friendly service at Portside Pizza located inside State Park Marina.

On-site, full-time seasonal work with a focus on food safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. Prior kitchen experience is preferred; training in Food Safety is required.

• Prepare, portion and serve food according to standard recipes.
• Handle kitchen equipment, including knives and operate small kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education – Position requires a minimum of two (2) years High School, or GED. Must complete Food Safety Training.

Experience – Previous culinary experience preferred.
