The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (the Exchange) is hiring a cook for a fast-paced, name-brand cuisine environment. You will prepare food from a limited menu, ensure food safety and quality, and interpret instructions for daily menus.

In addition, you will be an integral part of the team- your interpretation of written instructions and calculations will help determine the amount of food necessary to prepare our daily menus. High school or equivalent. Six months general work experience in a food operation. Ability to read and interpret instructions and to perform calculations used in food preparation.
