Job summary

Tapestry Senior Living - Lakeshore in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Cook for part-time and full-time roles. You will prepare meals according to menus and dietary guidelines, serve featured menus, and help maintain food safety standards in a supportive kitchen team.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of large batch cooking experience in senior living, healthcare, or restaurant setting required; 3 years preferred.
• Food Safety Manager certificate (preferred).
• Ability to follow recipes and manage dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to menu plans and dietary guidelines.
• Prepare and serve featured menu as well as a la carte menu.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Work alongside a friendly dietary team in a supportive environment.
