Job summary

Tapestry Senior Living - Lakeshore in Tallahassee, FL is hiring a Cook for part-time or full-time schedules (6:00am-2:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm). Compensation ranges from $15 to $16 per hour, with scalable pay for experience. Join a supportive culinary team focused on resident well-being and home-like dining experiences.

Responsibilities include meal preparation per menus, dietary guidelines, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Eligibility includes 21+ and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1 year of large batch cooking experience in senior living, healthcare, or restaurant setting required; 3 years preferred.
• Food Safety Manager certificate is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and manage dietary needs.
