Job Description

Salary: Starting at $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Every other weekend required; hours may vary: 5:30am - 2:00pm or 10:30am - 7:00pm

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

1. The preparation of high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
2. Working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management, including securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored correctly, and inventories maintained.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

1. At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
2. Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
3. Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with the team.
4. Self-motivated, organized, professional, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
5. Strong customer service skills.
