Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time cook to prepare and plate menu items in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in Round Rock, TX. The role emphasizes strict recipe adherence, quality control, and timely service while maintaining clean, sanitary workspaces.

The ideal candidate will work well in a team, follow health department guidelines, and support a smooth kitchen operation with attention to detail.

• Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
• Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
• Restocks work station with food products as needed.
• Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines,
• Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
• Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
• Restocks work station with food products as needed.
• Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.
• Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
• Completes and abides by all training requirements.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
