Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Cook to prepare menu items per recipes and maintain quality and safety in a busy kitchen at our Round Rock location. You will restock your station, ring orders in the POS, and follow health and safety standards while contributing to a clean, efficient operation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to recipe guidelines, and consistent plate presentation in a fast-paced environment at Bass Pro Shops’ dining areas.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines,
• Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
• Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
• Restocks work station with food products as needed.
• Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.
• Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
• Completes and abides by all training requirements.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
