Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Cook in Springfield, MO to prepare menu items per recipes, maintain quality and cleanliness, and ensure timely service. The role involves ringing orders at the POS, restocking the station, and upholding health and safety standards across shifts.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen, follow training requirements, and contribute to a clean, safe dining environment in a premier outdoor lifestyle retailer.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines,
• Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
• Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
• Restocks work station with food products as needed.
• Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.
• Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
• Completes and abides by all training requirements.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
