Bass Pro Shops is hiring a Cook to prepare high-quality menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role emphasizes strict adherence to recipes, timely service, and adherence to hygiene standards to ensure guest satisfaction at our Connecticut location.

The successful candidate will work closely with team members, maintain a clean workstation, and follow health department guidelines while participating in ongoing training and company safety programs.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines,
• Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
• Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
• Restocks work station with food products as needed.
• Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.
• Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
• Completes and abides by all training requirements.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
