Bass Pro Shops in Altoona, IA is seeking a part-time Cook to prepare menu items, follow recipes, and maintain food quality in a clean, sanitary kitchen. You will ring orders through the POS and restock your station, while adhering to health department standards and Ecosure guidelines.

Candidates should work well in a team, be able to handle a fast-paced environment, and participate in training programs. This role includes various duties as assigned and benefits listed under the Part Time

• Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times.
• Completes and abides by all training requirements.

The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines,


• Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.


• Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.


• Restocks work station with food products as needed.
