Job summary

Caring Places Management in Port Angeles, WA is seeking a part-time Cook for three days per week to prepare nutritious meals for our senior residents in a homelike setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to pass a background check, a current Food Handler's License (or ability to obtain on hire), and prior kitchen experience. Wage is $18.50-$19.50 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Current valid Food Handler's License required (or able to obtain upon hire).
• Prior experience as busboy, washer, waiter, cook, or relevant kitchen work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents with attention to nutrition and portion control.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Contribute to a homelike kitchen environment for residents.
