Job summary

Mercy is seeking a cook to prepare, season and cook food for hospital patients, staff and visitors under the supervision of the Nutritional Services Coordinator/Supervisor. You will follow correct food preparation and handling procedures and perform cleaning duties.

Preferred candidates have 90 days of hospital food service experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Mercy offers medical/dental/vision coverage, paid time off, tuition support and matched retirement plans for eligible team

• 90 days experience in hospital food service.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Food handlers license within 90 days of hire; Serve Safe Manager within 90 days where applicable.
