Job summary

Mercy St. Louis is seeking a Food Service professional responsible for food production across the department.

A knowledge of all cookery methods is required, and you must produce a quality, eye-appealing product within the set time while performing related duties as assigned. Experience: at least 90 days in a commercial kitchen is preferred; ServeSafe Manager within 90 days of hire; High School Diploma or Equivalent; Serve Safe Certification preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 90 days of experience in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, catering operation, or high-volume kitchen.
• English communication, both oral and written, is essential.
• Basic math, time management and strong interpersonal skills required.

St. Louis/South: ServeSafe Manager within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Education: High school diploma or its equivalent.
Preferred Certifications: Serve Safe Certification.
