Job Description

Salary: Starting at $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Every other weekend required; hours may vary: 5:30am - 2:00pm or 10:30pm - 7:00pm

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply inventory, including securing items, storing leftovers correctly, and maintaining inventories.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work cohesively with team members.
• Self-motivated, organized, professional, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service skills.
