The Cook supports the successful operation of the hospital by preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner for patients and staff according to the diet manual and production sheets. Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring timely meal service, providing on-unit snacks, maintaining par levels, and adhering to food safety and kitchen safety protocols.
