Position Summary: The Cook / Dietary Aide plays a vital role in ensuring residents receive safe, appetizing meals that meet dietary requirements. This position involves food preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Serve meals to residents in a courteous and respectful manner
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and dining areas
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen organization as needed
• Work collaboratively with dietary staff and nursing team
