Qualifications

• Must have previous kitchen experience.
• Sanitation certification (ServSafe) or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Must be flexible and accommodating to residents and guests.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude and be a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Follows written recipes and prepares high quality, nutritious meals.
• Assists in menu development and prep planning.
• Supports inventory and ordering with Dining Director/Executive Chef.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary kitchen and equipment.
• Cooks using diverse methods including baking, frying, salads, sautéing.
