State of North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Cook (S) at O’Berry Neuro-Medical Treatment Center to prepare nutritious meals for residents following approved menus and portion sizes.

The role requires coordinating cooking times to ensure all meal components are served on schedule while upholding food safety standards and minimizing waste. Work hours are 7:00am–6:00pm, four days weekly, with mandatory weather-related adjustments.

Formación

• Education and/or experience in food preparation at a commercial/institutional level.
• Experience meeting approved menus and portion quantities.
• Ability to coordinate cooking times to serve meals on schedule.
