Responsible for the preparation and service of safe, healthy, nutritious, and high-quality foods for patients, visitors, physicians, and other hospital staff. Plans for and organizes catering and cafeteria meals. Hours are variable to meet the needs of patients and customers. Works under minimal supervision.
