Job summary

Discovery Commons San Pablo is seeking a qualified Cook to prepare hot and cold menu items across grill, sauté, salad-bar and service line in a Senior Living community.

You will ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving according to recipes, taste test for quality, and maintain high food safety standards. Weekend work is required; competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
