Highlands Golf Club at Hidden Valley is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individuals to join our team at Mulligan's Grille located at Highlands Golf Club, Hidden Valley, PA. This seasonal opportunity places you on the Food and Beverage team, working in a fast-paced environment to prepare and cook food and maintain high sanitation standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, or two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or two years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to function productively in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.
• Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices.
• Excellent knowledge of back-of-the-house, ordering, and inventory systems.
• Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, washes, and cuts food to be cooked.
• Prepares and cooks food according to instructions provided on food order slips or through verbal directions; verifies the quality and quantity of all orders.
• Multitasks by cooking several different orders at once, ensuring that all items are prepared in accordance with customer instructions.
• Operates large-volume cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers.
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
