• Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas.
• Responsible for set up, clean up, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies, products, and equipment.
• Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff.
• Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items.
• Accommodate customer requests in a timely manner.
