Job Summary

The Line Cook is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary services for our Members and Guests. They support a la carte and private event food production while maintaining consistent food preparation and plate presentation.

Day-to-Day

  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with tasks as needed, working efficiently to meet business demands.
  • Set up and stock food items and supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards by handling food properly and storing it correctly.
  • Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.

About You

  • Prior experience as a Cook.
  • Knowledge of broiler, pantry, and sauté stations.
  • Experience in a Country Club or Restaurant preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
